When your account is closed or paid-off, or when you do not have any open accounts with us, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Also, we may share among our affiliates other information about you (such as information you provided on your loan application) (“Other Information”).
