During these trying times the leadership of Coastal Finance Company and its employees would like to express our commitment to protecting you, as our customer, and our employees’ well-being.

Over the past week the leadership of Coastal Finance Company Inc. has monitored the news about the COVID-19 virus and our ability to safely conduct business. In an effort to reduce further transmission of the virus we have decided to take proactive measures as follows:

  • Our lobby will be closed with limited staff on site
  • In order to limit physical contact please call to make an appointment and to update all information
  • To request a loan call ahead and schedule a time for the loan to be processed
  • Only one customer is allowed in the lobby at a time at our discretion for cash payments. Use drop box for payments made by checks. Card payments can be processed by phone or via our website portal (coastalfinanceco.com).

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. If you are experiencing or showing any flu-like symptoms, or feel you may have been exposed to the virus, we respectfully ask you to call the office or use our website to make a payment.

Therefore, the $5 convenience fee for credit card payments is currently being waived. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.
